A Right Royal Blood Run

The Team we delighted to host HRH Prince William who had asked to assist in the completion of our daily delivery of essential “O negative” blood to the East Anglian Air Ambulance.

The Prince presented Norfolk Blood Bikes with the gift of a new Ford Kuga FHV that will enable the charity to complete “multi-box” blood and milk runs to facilities all over the county.

This new car will also help the charity recruit additional “non-biker" volunteers who can assist with duties controlling shifts on the telephone, or as a driver making potentially life saving deliveries. The huge load capacity also helps the charity move event equipment to our public promotional activities.

You see, you don’t need to be a “biker” to be a Norfolk Blood Bikes Volunteer.
